A native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Bruce Robere retired from the Department of the Army Civil Service in 2018 where he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff G-6 / Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the U.S. Army TACOM in Warren, Michigan.
Prior to joining the Civil Service, Mr. Robere retired from the active Army in 1997 in the rank of Master Sergeant and is a veteran of the First Iraq War (OPERATION DESERT SHIELD/STORM).
Master Sergeant, (MSG, Ret.) Robere served as a Noncommissioned Officer of Armor and Armored Cavalry for 20 years and served multiple assignments as an Abrams Tank Master Gunner culminating as the Army’s Abrams Program Management Office Master Gunner.

His civilian education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, from Northwood University, Midland, MI and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI. MSG Robere is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), retired.
